HOLLINGSWORTH, Judge.

By information filed in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, defendant was charged with robbery in the first degree by means of a dangerous and deadly weapon and, in said information, was also charged under the habitual criminal act with having been priorly convicted of two charges of burglary in the second degree, for which he had been sentenced to and thereafter discharged from imprisonment in the state penitentiary upon due compliance with such sentence.
