This action for conversion was instituted by the Universal Credit Company against John Reising, seeking to recover the value of an automobile. Judgment was rendered in favor of Reising, the defendant, in the Municipal Court. On error to the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton county that court reversed the judgment of the Municipal Court and remanded the case. Prom that judgment of reversal Reising prosecutes error to this court, seeking a reversal of the judgment of the Common Pleas Court and an affirmance of the judgment of the Municipal Court.
