This is an appeal in an expropriation suit. The Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) appeals the trial court judgment awarding defendant, Salvator Campisi: (1) $14,000 for loss of rentals; (2) severance damages in the amount of $23,-450; (3) $40,000 replacement costs of service station building; (4) $15,000 for purchase of additional-property; (5) attorney’s fees amounting to 25% of $74,656; and, (6) expert witness fees.
