MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

RANDOLPH BAXTER, Bankruptcy Judge.

In the above-styled adversary proceeding Joel H. Rathbone (Trustee) sought authority to sell certain of the Debtors’ personal property during the course of administering the Debtors’ Chapter 7 estate. Among the various items sold was a D-5 liquor permit issued by the State of Ohio (See, Motion For Authority To Sell, etc. filed 8-31-92).
