In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Board of Education of East Ramapo Central School District dated August 21, 1985, made after a hearing, which found the petitioner guilty of various acts of misconduct and dismissed him from his position as a tenured teacher, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (West, J.), entered December 11, 1985, which confirmed the determination and dismissed the proceeding on the merits.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
