— In an action to recover damages for breach of contract and harassment, plaintiff Rhoda Menkes appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bellard, J.), dated March 26, 1981, which granted defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiff’s complaint. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. Plaintiff filed a grievance alleging a pattern of harassment on the part of defendants.
