This is an action in claim and delivery. Tbe plaintiff claiming to be tbe owner and entitled to tbe possession thereof seeks to recover from tbe defendant one green six cylinder Durant sedan, one green four cylinder Durant sedan, and one red secondhand six cylinder Durant sedan. Tbe answer is a general denial of tbe allegations of tbe complaint. Tbe case was tried to a jury.
