This was an action brought by the appellee against the appellant to recover the sum of $2,500.00 upon a certificate of insurance issued to the appellee by the appellant in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of a certain group policy issued by the appellant to the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company,, insuring certain employees of said railroad company, including the appellee.
