Odom's Unknown Heirs v. Crews

Appellees on September 18, 1913, sued appellants to remove cloud from title to certain land. On the same date citation by publication was issued for the purpose of summoning the defendants, who were nonresidents, and whose residence was unknown. This citation was published on September 19th, September 26th, October 3d, and October 10th, in the year 1913.
