WSB-TV appeals from a ruling denying its request to televise certain judicial proceedings under Rule 22 of the Uniform Superior Court Rules. We reverse.

Atlanta Public Safety Commissioner George Napper announced that he would brief the members of the Public Safety Committee and the Atlanta City Council on the contents of a report completed by the Internal Affairs Unit for the Police Bureau concerning allegations by Ms. Alice Bond of drug activity by former State Senator Julian Bond.
