I. Preliminary Statement
Plaintiff Susan Gordon (“Plaintiff’ or “Gordon”) brings the instant action against Defendant Target Corporation (“Defendant” or “Target”) seeking damages for personal injuries she sustained while shopping at Defendant’s store located in Hicksville, New York.
