The appellant, Robert Lee Tarver, Jr., appeals from the circuit court's dismissal of his petition for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P. Tarver was convicted and sentenced to death and is scheduled to be executed in Alabama's electric chair on April 14, 2000. Notice of appeal was forwarded to this Court on April 13, 2000.
