HICKS, District Judge.

Several motions are presently before the Court. On July 21, 2003, Defendant “University of Nevada Reno” (the “University” or “UNR”) filed a Motion to Dismiss and Quash Attempted Service of Process (Docket No. 11/12). Defendant argues that its motion should be granted pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 4(j)(2) and 12(b)(1), (2), (5), and (7), as the UNR is not a legal entity capable of being sued.
