*1189Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (Donald J. Mark, J.), rendered October 9, 2001. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal contempt in the first degree and harassment in the second degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
