The respondent, Joel Chasnoff (Chasnoff), was admitted to the bar of this Court on October 30, 1970. He also has been admitted to the District of Columbia bar. In May 2000 the Attorney Grievance Commission filed a petition for disciplinary action against Chasnoff, charging numerous violations of the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC).
