The complaint alleges that the defendant, a judge of the County Court of the County of Kings, in deciding motions made by the District Attorney or by the plaintiff as attorney for a person then under indictment, “ maliciously composed ” two opinions, annexed to the complaint, containing defamatory statements concerning the plaintiff, a member of the bar of the State. The complaint further alleges “ upon information and belief, that * * * defendant, acting unofficially and privately, published, and advised, induced, procured, and aided and abetted in the publication of ” these…
