Plaintiff’s intestate, Joseph Yasevac, was killed by a bus operated by the defendant. The jury brought in a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendant appealed from the denial of its motion to set aside the verdict. The only question in the case is whether the plaintiff’s intestate was guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law.
