Appeal from the Court of Common Pleas. The appellants were creditors of the appellee, as holders of two of his promissory notes. Under proceedings in bankruptcy the appellee effected a composition with his creditors, under which twenty-five per cent, of his debts was to be paid partly in cash and partly in three instalments, for which his promissory notes were given.

Appeal from the Court of Common Pleas. The appellants were creditors of the appellee, as holders of two of his promissory notes.
