INTRODUCTION
In this action that comes to the Court through its diversity jurisdiction, plaintiffs McCulley, New York citizens, bring suit against defendant Anglers Cove Condominium Association, Inc. (“Association”), in connection with a slip and fall personal injury action that occurred on February 25,1994 on the defendant’s property, located on Marco Island, Florida.
