In this unemployment case, Caroline Fauss (Claimant) appeals from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) dismissing her application for review as untimely. We dismiss the appeal.

A deputy for the Division of Employment Security denied Claimant’s request for unemployment benefits, concluding that she was disqualified because she left work voluntarily without good cause attributable to her work or employer.
