This is an action for damages brought by Carlos Zara-goza and his wife against Clínica Hnos. Meléndez, Inc. in the Bayamón Part of the Superior Court. They alleged that plaintiff wife underwent a surgical operation in defend*428ant clinic in Bayamón and, as a result of the negligence of its employees, said plaintiff’s right arm has been partially paralyzed ever since.
