OPINION

JACOBSON, Judge.

This appeal involves the validity of a release. The trial court sustained the release against an attack on the basis of fraud and granted summary judgment against the plaintiff-appellant on her claim for personal injuries.

Most of the mainstream facts are uncon-troverted. In the summer of 1976, J. D. Haygood, a truck driver employed by appel-lee, Home Transportation Company (Home), asked appellant, Vera Warren (now Love), to accompany him while he delivered a large piece of equipment to a mine in northern Arizona.
