Alice Anell Briggs, Betty Katherine Briggs and Robert Lafayette Briggs, all minors, acting by and through their mother, Mrs. Mozelle Briggs 1 brought this suit against their father, Billy Frank Briggs, Sr. to enforce a trust established by the father for the benefit of such minor children. The trial court granted a motion for summary judgment in favor of the minors which was reversed by the Court of Civil Appeals. Billy Frank Briggs, Sr. v. Alice Anell Briggs, et al., 387 S.W. 2d 753.
