Plaintiff in error's membership and insurance certificate in the Maccabees was canceled and he was declared suspended after October 1, 1923, for failure and refusal to pay the increased monthly assessment made against him. He thereupon brought this suit to recover premiums theretofore paid, with interest. After a hearing before the court without a jury, judgment was rendered for the Maccabees, from which this writ of error is prosecuted.
