Kenneth Cope, respondent, filed a claim under the Worker’s Compensation Act against appellant, The House of Maret (hereinafter referred to as appellant or “Mr. Maret”). The Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) upheld an award in favor of respondent.
