We have for consideration two separate petitions to amend the Florida Rules of Court, filed by the Florida Supreme Court’s Steering Committee on Families and Children in the Court (Steering Committee). 1 In the first petition, case number SC12-2007, the Steering Committee proposes amendments to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.545(d) (Case Management; Related Cases).
