Defendant Central National Life Insurance Company appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of LaSalle County based upon a claim for indemnity for loss of life under a policy issued by the defendant-company to the husband of plaintiff, Feme B. Eike.

The record discloses that Marshall J. Eike, plaintiff’s deceased husband, purchased a health and accident insurance policy from defendant Central National Life Insurance Company in September of 1952.
