This Case comes before the Court to resolve a dispute concerning the election of a Chapter 7 Trustee pursuant to Section 702 of the Bankruptcy Code. 1 On May 10, 1999 the Motion of Paribas, as Agent for the Banks, to Resolve Election Disputes and to Confirm Election of Janet Thurston as Chapter 7 Trustee (“Motion”) was filed by attorneys for Paribas 2 .
