Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Duskas, J.), entered February 9, 1990 in Franklin County, which granted petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to RPTL article 7, to, inter alia, reduce certain assessments of petitioners’ property in Franklin County.

Petitioners are the tenants in a strip mall shopping center located in the Village of Tupper Lake and Town of Altamont in Franklin County who pay pro rata shares of the real property taxes.
