The Schoharie County Department of Social Services seeks judicial approval of surrender instruments signed by respondent, Barbara G., natural mother of John J. and Delia L. Respondent has filed an answer opposing the petitions and seeking to revoke and annul both surrender instruments and to regain custody of her children.
