The issue before the Court is whether to approve the Amended Disclosure Statement filed by Furqan Mohammad ("Debtor"), on November 13, 2018. The U.S. Trustee and Select Portfolio Servicing Inc., as servicing agent for U.S. Bank NA, as trustee, for the Chase Mortgage Finance Corporation ("U.S. Bank") filed objections to the amended statement. A hearing on the matter was held on December 11, 2018.
