Miss Elsie Mosheim, acting individually and in the capacity of independent executrix of the estate of Emil Mosheim, deceased, together with twenty other plaintiffs, instituted this suit in the district court of Guadalupe county against J. G. Rollins, district engineer of the Pifteenth road district, and J. K. Jones, supervisor of the maintenance of highways in Guadalupe county, seeking an injunction restraining said Rollins and Jones from planting Bermuda grass in the right of way of state designated highway No. 3-A, and also seeking a mandatory injunction requiring them to…
