This is a motion brought by George T. Banks in the Circuit Court of Norfolk county to recover of the plaintiff in error, the defendant in the court below, for the sum of $2,000.00 as damages claimed to have been sustained in an accident between a locomotive of the railroad company and the defendant in error’s automobile.
