LOVE, District Judge.
The case before the court is this: On the-day of-, 1S76, Cunningham & Mason were by this court adjudged bankrupts, and Harry Fulton chosen assignee. This court, in bankruptcy, of the 22d day of September, 1877, declared a dividend of said estate, and ordered the assignee to pay the same to the creditors. Among the .creditors were Matthews & Co., to whom the court adjudged a dividend of $488.38.
