BELCHER, Judge.
The conviction is for the theft of one tire, one drill, one sander, and one jacket alleged to be of the aggregate value of more than $50; the punishment, two years in the penitentiary.
The testimony of the state shows that two police officers of the city of Dallas saw the appellant drive his automobile through a stop sign at an excessive rate of speed while pursued by another automobile occupied by other city police officers.
