On July 12, 1916, the plaintiff filed his bill in this ease, claiming to be the owner of a certain piece of land of 80 cuerdas *120in tbe municipality of Rio Grande, and tbat wben be acquired tbe same in 1912 it was bounded upon tbe west by a certain fence, wbicb tbe plaintiff bas since tbat time maintained, and tbat be bas been in possession of tbe property as so inclosed, using it for pasturage for cattle.
