Respondent, Jeffrey Lee Wade, whose last known bar roster address was 730 West Main Street, Louisville, Kentucky, was admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky on October 25, 1982. On August 21, 2003, Wade was suspended from the practice of law for two (2) years by this Court. Kentucky Bar Association v. Wade, 112 S.W.3d 388 (Ky. 2003).
