Employee Injury — Federal Employees Liability Act. This suit involves personal injury to one of Southern Railway Company’s employees and is brought under the provisions of the Federal Employees Liability Act (45 USC § 51 et seq.). Construing the evidence in the light most favorable to sustain the verdict, we find evidence as follows: Mrs. Oliver was employed by Southern in its data machine offices as a data input operator.
