This is an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, entered June 3, 1966 in Columbia County, upon a decision of a Referee, which dismissed plaintiff’s complaint in an action for a declaratory judgment declaring void and canceling certain real estate taxes and refunding taxes paid.
