This is an action at law instituted by appellant against appellees to recover possession of a tract of land in Chicot County, described on the plat of 'the government survey as “the east half of the northeast quarter of section 10, township 17 south, range 2 west.” A trial before a jury resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of appellees, from which an appeal is prosecuted.
