Respondent has moved for an order pursuant to Family Court Act § 375.2 sealing the record of this juvenile delinquency proceeding. For the reasons which follow, the motion is granted.

By petition filed pursuant to Family Court Act § 310.1 on April 12, 2006 the respondent, Arturo R., who was born on December xx, 1991, was alleged to have committed acts which, were he an adult, would constitute the crimes of attempted arson in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 150.15), arson in the third and fourth degrees (Penal Law §§ 150.10, 150.05 [1]), reckless…
