On October 7, 1929, appellee executed her promissory note and became indebted to the East End Savings & Trust Company, herinafter referred to as the East End Trust Company, in the sum of $11,300. In accordance with the terms of the note she pledged therewith as collateral security certain stock which was by express covenant to be held by the pledgee for the security of all of appellee’s indebtedness, both present or future, absolute or contingent.
