OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Annette L. Murchison, appeals the judgment entered by the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. The following facts are relevant to a determination of this appeal.

{¶ 2} On January 10, 2007, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Thomas Cutwright, the loss-prevention manager at the Macy's located in the Great Lakes Mall, observed a vehicle pull into the fire lane and drop off two individuals.
