1Opinion of the Court

BERREY, Judge.

The Director of Revenue appeals from an order of the trial court reinstating the driving privileges of Ronald Domsch, respondent, which had been revoked pursuant to section 302.535.1, RSMo 1986. Appellant *122contends that the trial court erred in finding that the Director did not prove by a preponderance of the evidence that the arresting officer had probable cause to believe that respondent was intoxicated at the time respondent was involved in an automobile accident. The order of the trial court is affirmed.
