—In a custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the mother appeals from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County (Eisman, J.), dated June 8, 2000, which, after a hear*457ing, granted, the petition and transferred custody of the parties’ child from her to the father.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs and disbursements, the petition is denied, and the proceeding is dismissed.
