{¶ 1} Defendants-Appellants Beck Energy Corporation et al. appeals the decision of the Monroe County Common Pleas Court entered in favor of Plaintiffs-Appellees John T. Paulus et al. Appellant first contends the lease was held by production and was still in its ten-year primary term, a period during which production in paying quantities was not required.
