It is alleged in the petition in this case that on the 1st day of February, 1911, the plaintiff in error insured the property involved here in accordance with the terms and conditions of an insurance contract or policy set forth in the record in this case, and that, while said policy was alive and in full force and effect, the property insured was struck by lightning and totally destroyed to the injury of defendant in error in the sum of $1,200; that on the 15th day of September, 1913, this defendant in error furnished to the company proof of his loss and interest and…
