A conviction on a charge of murder having been affirmed, a motion for a rehearing is presented, in which is reargued the question of the admissibility of the evidence that after the time when the stock, the obtaining of which the state regards as the motive for the crime, is said by the defendant to have been transferred by *588him on the books of the corporation, the victim showed by his statements to a prospective purchaser that he still had it.
