This is a motion to confirm the award of arbitrators, to correct such award to conform to the agreement of the parties with respect to the payment of the expenses of the arbitration, to enter judgment on such award and to remove the action from the County Court of Sullivan County to the Supreme Court. The phase of the motion which requested such removal has since been abandoned by the moving party.
