OVERTON. J.
In 1912 two of the defendants herein, Mrs. Adele M. Hoyle and Mrs. Agnes M. Leyland, confessed judgment in solido in favor of plaintiff for $5,314.67, with 5 per cent, per annum interest thereon from January 10,1912, and judgment was rendered against them according to this confession on May 28th of that year. Eive years later, plaintiff caused a writ of fieri facias to issue from the judgment for the purpose of satisfying a balance due thereon.
